This thread is filled with information about the two event-related NPCs, B.O.O. and S.I.N.. Note that this thread does contain leaked information, and anything dubbed "leaked" has been whited out. To see leaked information, highlight the entire post to see everything.

At the start of the month, two NPCs, B.O.O. and S.I.N., both appeared out of nowhere. After a few days, someone in the GCD found them both and made a thread, alerting the public to their presence. Since then, a lot of information has been found regarding the two NPCs and their purpose, and many users have been set on finding new information ever since they found out about the NPCs.

October 22nd -- S.I.N. (Sentinel's Infernal Nation) is hell-bent on filling Gaia with demons. This side is led by Sentinel, a female demon-like demigod.
(Previously a leak, now made into public information due to the event page.)

S.I.N. is the obvious Evil team for the event.

Sentinel's activities in the event are based around keeping her massive death portal up. No one knows exactly what it does yet, as all it's been doing during the event has been retaliating against the Overseer's constant attacks.
Contrary to pre-event theories, Bruce Hardcastle was not put on B.O.O.'s side for the event. Rather, Sentinel took the liberty of bringing him back to life for her own twisted plans. To this point, Bruce remains at her side as one of her first minions.

October 22nd -- B.O.O. (Benevolent Order of the Overseer) is set on putting a stop to S.I.N.'s evil intentions, and is building up an army to stop her. This group is led by the Overseer, everyone's favorite clam-based demigod.

B.O.O. is the obvious Good team for the event.

The Overseer's actions in the event are based around stopping Sentinel's massive portal from fulfilling its purpose. To do this, the Overseer has set up his own massive weapon, in the form of a trident launcher. The Overseers' cultists scramble around constantly making sure that the Overseer and his human vessel are treated like gods, and that the trident shines and sparkles before it's launched into at the portal.
Contrary to pre-event beliefs, the Overseer never actually goes back into his true form. Instead, he abducts Gino as a vessel to carry out his actions for him, while resting on his head. The "true form" people see when they're carrying out actions for the event is merely the clam-based Overseer projecting an image of his true form.

[October 8th]
Both NPC accounts have been actively accepting friend requests from many users.
S.I.N.'s account was made public! Link added.

[October 9th]
Three guilds have sprung up overnight regarding the NPCs. Adding the links to all three.

[October 11th]
B.O.O.'s NPC account has logged into the site regularly over the past few days. Any activity the account has made is currently unknown, however.
S.I.N.'s NPC account hasn't been active since Friday.

[October 13th]
Information regarding the event!
"Ancient forces of Light and Darkness" are to be included in the event, as stated in the Gaia 9 Action News - October Issue
Also, a date for the start of the event was supplied in the issue. It has been added to the thread.

[October 15th]
Messages have been sent through the NPC accounts to many users. Both messages, in quote form, have been put into the new NPC section of the thread.

Several leaked items have made their way into the system. A section has been added to the thread for them.

All spoilers being added to the thread as of today will be put into white text, so that anyone who doesn't want to be spoiled will still be able to soak up the bulk of the information. I ask that, if anyone has information containing spoilers, they reply to the thread in white text with the information.

Thread is now more organized than before, placing all information into its respective section. This makes it easier to read, and it makes it easier on me when editing stuff.

Also, a book was found on the NPC profiles. I added it to the thread for fun, since it doesn't look like it spoils anything.

[October 19th]
A new image was found which brought up which both verified information and brought up new information. Updating the thread accordingly.

The full names of the two sides have been verified, as stated above. We now have more than just acronyms!

A possible event page was put up and taken down shortly after. If they re-open the page, I'll put the link up here. However, until then, I won't bother with it.

[October 20th]
Well, someone came through and brought up a full image of the event page. I'll add the link to it in the Resources section. Note, it is a photobucket image, so there is a redirection warning.

Six manga updates have been confirmed for the event (See Full Event Page)

[October 22nd]

A manga update has been released! See the Public Resources section.

The two cults' names have been made into public information with the release of the event page. They will no longer be put into white text.

Both NPC profiles have been modified as a result of the event page going public.

[October 28th]
The event is having some issues right now, and it not officially active yet.

A new manga has surfaced, as well as the completion of the storybook manga. We now have some view on what exactly the Overseer and Sentinel can do with their powers.

Lots of event items have shown up around, however I will wait until the event is active to add them to the thread.

[November 3rd]
Well, I've gotten off of my a** and I've updated the guide.

"Leaks" Section has been deleted. At this point, everyone knows the items that were there.

Since it's a lot of information I've missed, I'll be updating the thread silently for the next few days trying to get most of the information in. Hopefully I'll get everything in by the time the event ends.

This thread is a guide to the Event NPCs, and their tie-ins with the event itself. I'm not going to add anything regarding the zOMG! event here.

Yes, it does appear like Gaia is planning an event based around these two factions; Possible Halloween event?

Looks pretty darn great. I guess I'll end up siding with S.I.N, as I stopped feeding my fishies a few months ago and haven't checked my aquarium since. sweatdrop

I like the way this is set up so far. If they continue to release little details through the month, profiles and hidden images and things, it will build up the suspense, and hopefully make the end event that much more enjoyable. As yet, it's the most interesting plot development to occur for the last couple of years. xD;;

I want to be a 'believer' of one, but I need more info before doing that. ._. I'd probably go with B.O.O since it seems to be the 'good' one.

I do hope it is an interactive event though. It would be neat if even one of them joined the guild (but both would make it more neutral of course) xD

This is now becoming a very good find. First though, when was the last time a NPC for an event excepted friend requests? And I am still thinking that it could be for zOMG!. The signs just make it seem like it is for the game.

Oh wow, I didn't notice how they both have moonlike images...interesting.
And I could see the B standing for Bruce and the S standing for Stein.

Stein brings Bruce back to life and Bruce turns on Stein o_o

Oh and there is a guild called N.U.B that is the 'neutral' group. That one is user made though, I think.
