That's very very difficult.
Although, as far as imagination and creativity goes, I'd have to say Harry Potter, there is a lot more in that.
Although, I have nothing against Twilight.

Sorry Twilight, but HARRY POTTER ALL THE WAY.
Twilight is ok and all, but the take on vampires, and the slow plot, its just not as good as Harry Potter

Well... I personally don't like Harry Potter. I tried reading the book, and got bored VERY quickly. Then watched the movie, and fell asleep a fourth of the way through.
The actors in Twilight had like, no emotions! However, it was better, plot-wise. Although, that's just my opinion {Hint hint ;D}, so don't bash.
