 Do you need a speacial program to make animations like this? If so, then what? Can you use Adobe Imageready or something? [I ask a lot of questions... sweatdrop ]

animations like that are made by the user creating a group of frames, the same way traditional cartoons are made. for an animated gif file, these frames are then put together in order to give the illusion of motion. there are many programs that will let you do this. I don't think I have ever used image ready so I can't tel you if it does animation.. however, www.tucows.com may have a free program you can download.. I used to get animation programs from their site before I got corel... or you might try www.download.com they might have something, I got my anti-spyware stuff there ^___^ heart

ImageReady can do animation like that, but you have to create each frame as a different image.

So you dont need anything like those cartoon making people have? The ones that copy human movements?

You can make an animation in flash and have it export as a gif...
