You're going the wrong way. Silence.

I'm tellin' you that's not the right direction. Why you gotta be so belligerent? Apparently ignoring the young leopardess wasn't going to make her go away. Melanistic feline seemed determined to follow the rogue cheetah as he made his journey across the savannah in search of the family he had been separated from. Albeit, Hantaishoku wasn't searching particularly hard. He was certain he would stumble across his brother's eventually and was more than content to enjoy the view and varied company along the way.

Wasn't there a a saying about being careful what you want, because you just might get it? Up until now he'd been able to lose any other rogue he had stumbled upon once he grew bored, but this one just couldn't take a hint, though he had been dropping them generously. His tone humorously dry as he retorted in response to Sagasu's comment on his navigation skills, or lack there of as she clearly enjoyed pointing out. By all means, if you think I'm traveling the wrong way feel free to stop following me.

A derisive snort was her unladylike response, tittering at the roguishly handsome male she'd tagging after for the past few days after stumbling upon him in her search for her missing twin and discovering that they had an acquaintance in common. Some months earlier she and her sister had bumped into Hanta's youngest brother, Pachinko. He was a flaky, but well intending male unlike his zebra's a** of a brother. Saga's tone was criticizing as she spoke, rolling her eyes. You would think that, self absorbed turkey. Already told yah I'm trackin' my sister's scent so whose followin' who? Your brother's in the other direction, idiot.

Patchwork pelted cheetah clucked his tongue in exasperation. She certainly didn't hold anything back, did she? But her view on their current situation was laughable at best. Are you implying that I'm following you? And how exactly would I accomplish that walking ahead of you?

Hanta paused a moment before adding in an after thought. And you best hope I don't find your sister before you do. By the time I got through with her I doubt she'd want to return home with you. I've got that affect on the ladies.

To which the wry leopardess once again snorted though more in amusement than anything. Why did every male think he was the goddess' gift to females? I've yet to witness this irresistible charm of yours...

When I see a lady, I'll show you. Was his only response, grinning triumphantly at his ability to steal the last insult when Sagasu bristled in offense.

Oh, oh oh oh oohhh oohhhh...This was just toooo funny. The pair was caterwauling long before they'd come up on where Kukuruza'd been dozing in the long grass, and had woke him from his daze. First he'd been annoyed, but listening to the pair bicker for an hour since had put him in a dreadfully cheerful mood. Schadenfreude anyone?

They'd come closer and closer, and now were only a few yards off it seemed. Through the grass he could see them now (he was a bit surprised at finding an inter-species couple...though he'd soon enough figured out they were anything BUT a couple in the traditional sense) and tried to lay still as to not be seen a bit longer. He clenched his teeth to try to keep from laughing too hard, his sides were already aching from trying not to shake.

Finally unable to stand it much longer, he rolled to his feet and came trotting up from behind the pair to cruise along beside the leopardess. "I dunno about you, guy, but this little darling sure looks like a lady to me." He winked quickly at the leopardess, trying to cue her in that he was intending to only mess with the other cheetah, stick-in-the-mud that he seemed to be.

Suddenly sandwiched between the two male cheetahs Sagasu arched a brow in question at the cheeky stranger that strolled up beside her as casually as if he'd been traveling with them the entire time. His unwarranted familiarity was forgiven the moment their new traveling companion decided to join forces with her. Grinning wryly in response the wink that was offered as her citrus colored hues averted towards Hantaishoku triumphantly. It was all to obvious that she was gloating with an expression that said without a need for words---Take that!

Albeit surprised by the way this new comer had manifested out of thin air, Hanta was far less displeased by his appearance than he was with the fact that Sagasu was still in attendance. Arching a brow at that irritatingly cocky smirk upon her maw he refused to be beaten by her. Returning a dangerously dark smile that dripped of sensuality. Oh, you think it'll be that easy? As if sister.

And just like that an unspoken challenge had been woven around their unsuspecting victim. They would prove once and for all, who was superior.

Too bad for Saga, the calico speed freak had never lost a game where wooing a perfect stranger was involved. Sinewy frame casually finding its way to circle until he was situated on the other side of his fellow cheetah. Lazily taking in every inch of their companion's form. Trust me, first impression is about as good as it gets with that one. It's all down hill from there.

Another characteristically derisive snort from the leopardess as she leaned her muscular frame towards the strangely colored cheetah. Humming pleasantly though there was a definite sting in her words. Don't mind him. He's just sore that I wouldn't sleep with him. I'm Sagasu, by the way... what do they call you, handsome?
