This garden is a very VERY large courtyard within the Squad Nine quarters. Cinniko paid a LOT of money to make this place and there are lot of trees for cicadas to sing in the summer. There's also a plain plot of grassy land in the center of the courtyard where there are training as well as info exchange. Cinnko believes that training is better outside so therefore, take out those outdoor lungs of yours and Fight!
