o_o Well, been looking around online and noticed how some places seem to have certain things for a LOT cheaper than other places, and how there's just so many different sites out there as it is that it's hard to keep track of which sites have the best offers for the same items. So, I figured, why not have a thread where we can discuss the best places to shop, for what recommended products, and also let everyone know of an awesome sale going on that people would be interested in? =D This is what this thread is for! It's like... going to the mall with friends online. =D .. Or something. Whatever it is people do for fun when going shopping. ._.;
So, before I start bombarding this thread with links to stuff that I would be buying myself, are there any specific items that any of you guys are interested in, or would like to share with us?

Always buy electronic/computer stuff online. You will always find cheaper prices at:
http://www.newegg.com http://www.monoprice.com
Newegg specializes in electronics in general, along with the best customer service I've ever had experience with. Monoprice is a great place if you want to find something that connects from one thing to another. Don't be surprised if your S&H is more than your order. xD

Alright, I'm looking for a sword. >_> Ornamental or functional sword, whichever. ... If functional, probably one that's not sharpened, I guess. Here are my personal requirements for the sword.
1. Double-edged sword. So no katanas. I mostly saw katanas at the NY Anime Festival that I went to. >_>
2. A sword with a pleasant design; not something that looks too demonic. Heck, even a simple design is fine, as long as the hilt and stuff aren't too boring to look at.
3. Comes with its own sheathe. Fancier the better. Preferably not one of those leather sheathes, but either is fine.
o_o Now let's see if you guys can recommend me a worthy sword.

I was looking at some swords in Chinatown. They were so fake looking, they sucked. I wonder if there's a hidden back door that has good ones.
But damn. I never bought a weapon online before.

Yes, this sword is going to be my Sword Named Truth. That's the whole point, really. >_> Those requirements are all part of symbolism of the Truth. ... Well, Demonic looking swords CAN still be the Truth, since the Truth holds many forms.. >_> ... But yeah. Double-edged, and sheath. Requirements for the symbolism of Truth.

Hmm... I wish I could remember to two sword websites I get newsletters from. They're ornamental, though. They have alot of their own designs, as well as designs from animes and such. (i.e. Kadaj's Sword, or Zengetsu in Bankai etc).
I'm personally looking for a functional rapier/dirk combo. I already have a Katana set, so I'm not in that market unless I find a really really neat one.
