This is a Holiday and New Years event. We're going to be multicultural so as not to leave anyone out.

A white elephant party is another name for a chinese gift exchange. You each bring a wrapped gift under a certain price range (either real or a gag gift), and then put them all in a pile. Then you pick numbers, and one by one people go up and pick a present and unwrap it. Now, after the first person has gone, you may either go pick a wrapped present or take someone else's present, and then they have to either take one from the pile or take someone else's. There's a limit of 3 times that items can change hands, then they're "grounded", they can't be stolen again.
Easy in person, hard on the internet. And I don't know how it would work, but it's always a fun Christmas party thing. ^_^

hmmmm for thw white elephant thing if ya wanna do it so that it gets pass roudn without people messing with the contents of the boxes all the gifts for the evens will have to be sent to a mule. we will then write down all the gifts and number them.
we give everyone a number and they can trade numbers on the thread for a specific amount of time like 1 or 2 days maybe even a week until XXX o clock or something. the number of times the number changes hands will be recorded on the thread though i think we dont have to really care how many times the number changes hands as long as no one magically has the same number <_<
then where ever the numbers end up the mule will send out the gifts.

<_< i'll probly be busy during the 1st half of december since i'll be going crazy to study for my finals i think. but for the 2nd half i'll have a ton of time if were not shorthanded at the nail salon.
<3 x-mas plushies? <---- if we do these we should probly tektek our outfits now so we wouldnt have to have a mad rush. and maybe all o us can try and draw these instead of just one person. >_> i think the chibis i draw look kinda like big headed dolls really.
i kinda wanna play collect the ornaments with a x-mas tree card and then guests can do different things in the thread to fill out their tree cards XD like spot the hosts, or answer questions, bump a specific amount of times, order X amount of art from the shop(limit on how many ornaments ya can get from doing this one since ya dun want people just buying stuff from the shop for the ornaments to win the overly stuffed tree award), ect. some things can be done more than once.
lol random gifts for the top most overly stuffed trees XD. <.< my x-mas trees in RL are always under dressed and bare and depressing so online tree stuffing weee... XD

I like the idea of a secret santa where people sign-up for it. The secret santa is popular on gaia so that will draw the masses.
