I've heard of Isis Books, I looked at their online catalog one time.
These are some catalogs I used to get:
Design Toscano Formerly Dancing Dragon, also Legends of Fantasy was an affiliate catalog, for dragons and fantasy-related gifts
Museum Replicas Ren Faire, Medieval, and Fantasy costumes (also had gotten Atlanta Cutlery, their affiliate catalog of knives, swords, and daggers, for some reason)
The Pyramid Collection New Age and Pagan-oriented gifts
