Near walked on the open, now snowing field. He waited, and tested Kurotsuki by waving it occasionally.

"Toan...realize I won't hold back. Get ready." Near placed his mouth on Kurotsuki's edge, and blew wind chakra, which flew at Toan with bullet like speed.

"I Didn't expect you to" Toan replied as he grabbed the dark halo and it turn to a Fan in his hand. Toan used the Fan to create a powerful blast of wind to cancel out the wind bullet causing an explosion. out of the explosion a dozen dark chains flew out coming at Near while a dozen more shot out from under him coming from underground.

Near jumped up and already had Kurotsuki transformed into Raiton. Chains met chains, and Toan's shattered under the pressure. "Yuki Shruiken no Jutsu (Snow Shruiken Technique)." A dozen snow shruiken, with the exact properties as real ones, flew torward Toan. 'Yuki Koutai.' Near whispered as he dropped something on the ground. The object slowly started to creep torwards Toan.
Yuki Shuriken No Jutsu [Snow Shuriken Technique]
Description: This jutsu allows a shinobi to compact snow into the form of shurikens, their abilities are exactly similar to regular shuriken. This jutsu can be used in multiple ways but requires chakra to throw the shuriken themselves if the shinobi chooses not to throw them with his own hands.
Yuki Koutai [Snow Shift]
Description: By placing an item ontop of a pile of snow, the user is able to force chakra into the item itself and cause the snow to shift positions. This jutsu can allow one to move an item from one spot to another in an instant as long as there is snow between where he put the item down and where he wishes it to reappear. The maximum distance for this jutsu is about fifteen metres.

Toan jump into the air and jump against as if he had jump of the air to get even higher just as the Snow Shurikan flew by and hit the ground where he was standing. Toan pulled the dark chains back as they turn to darkness and became his dark bow. Toan took out three dark arrows and the wind begin to spiral around the tip of the arrows. each arrows had two different tag stuck on them. Toan fired all three arrow right at Near and just before it got close the first tag activate "Summoning tag!" The arrows exploded launching dozens of arrows out in all direction and they too exploded fire out even more arrows as Toan directed the arrows using the wind to control them. Then the second tag activate as they got closer to Near "Explosion tag" one exploded causing a chain reaction. Toan landed on his feet and took out another arrow and took aim.

Near raised a finger, and said, "Release." The paper bomb exploded in the middle of all the arrows, causing most of them to be burned in the explosian. The rest flew past Near because of the exertion wind force from the blast. "You missed." Near mocked.

All the arrows redirected themselves so they all came at you from behind as out of the explosion an arrow flew out straight for your heart with wind spiraling across the tip cutting through the wind pressure allowing it to double it speed.

"Hyouga Kassha no jutsu (Glacier Block Technique)." The arrows were stopped, not getting far into the imposing ice glacier. "Tell me..." Near asked, watching as ice crawled up the arrows. He turned, his black eyes a glare. "What are you?" The arrows shattered in the ice, spreading along in the chilly are.
Hyouga Kassha No Jutsu [Glacier Block Technique]
Description: By freezing a moderate amount of ice the user is able to create a ten foot tall and ten feet wide block of ice. The block by itself is very hard and can withstand various attacks. [Obviously cannot withstand Katons]. By using the small amount of wet ice near the bottom of the block the user is able to move the block towards the enemy or position it so that it can withstand a fair amount of damage.
