The four dragons of self have faded into nothing more than legend. They are no more to the people of modern day. yet now, more than ever, their magic is stronger than ever. The Magic of self has been reborn.

The legend of the dragons
In the times of old four dragons protected the world, for there were four continents. The four dragons were each unique, there was the dragon of earth, dragon of sky, dragon of thought and dragon of self. Each dragon had the ability to control diffrent things. The earth dragon, the only female dragon, was called by the humans mother earth. She had the ability to influence the land, move its plants, craft it's rock, she controlled the spining of the world and she cared for all the animals and people. The sky dragons could control the skys, bring raging storms of rain, or beautiful sun, they could change the pressure, the heat, everything. Then as for the dragon of thought, known as brain, he knew how everything worked, he infulenced peoples minds and could read the though of anything. He was said to be able to cast illusions so strong they were unbreakable.

But the last dragon was the most powerful, for the dragon of self could harness the power of life and take it into his body for power. He controlled all living things, he is our Conscious while also being the evil voice in our head. His controls emotions and muscels. what makes him better than all, is he is the master of the magic of self.

So these four dragons cared for the world for centuries, helping the land and enjoying watching the inhabitants grow. But soon enough, the humans became to advanced, they started to rely on technology more and mroe and soon forgot the dragons.

abandoned, the dragons flew to their homeland, a place which is now called china. It was their that they gave their souls to the land and turned into four rivers. Rive earth, river sky, river thought and river self. With this, the magic of self seeped deep into the earth and lay there waiting for the time to bring back it's power.

Magic of self
Magic of self is a power that anyone possesing it can draw power from their soul and forge it into just about anything. With this power, humans can re-acsess the dragons powers, control the earth, the sky, thoughts and the most powerful can master the power of self and control all, inculding Self chi. Self chi is where you can unlock your soul and enter the spirit world.

The legend returns...

It is now, in 2500 AD that the four continents have regrouped, each on having on of the four rivers on it. It was this that unlocked the magic of self and unfortunaly for the humans, the magic of self destroyed all technology and now as the magic is so strong, nothing works. The humans have been forced to turn to the magic of self and restart their lives as Magi.

The glitch...
being annoyed at thier loss of technology, the humans were already angry but when they start drawing on the magic it makes them tired. It was in this negative feeling that a war was started between the four continents as they each became more and more agitated. eventually their power borke off some of the land and it formed the 5th continent, the continent of all. this contient was able to draw on all the magic but it wanted no more to do with the war. It has closed it's borders and only the worthy can get past the guards...



THE CONTIENTS:
Arabi: River earth flows freely through Arabi, and so they can draw on the magic that Dragon earth possesed. the land is all green, trees and flowers form a chaotic maze of vegitation. The people there are wild and agressive, taking on features of their animal friends. A rare few of these indivisuals have actually grown ears or tails or fur of a particulair animal. They are the eastern continent.

Skyforn: River Sky makes it's way through the dead center of the circular continent that is Skyforn. the land is extremely flat and has long grass that is a result of the waring there where the inhabitants have fought with rain and blistering heat. cacti grow with pine trees in this strange land. The inhabitants are often nomads and are obsessed with flying things. they are the simpler of all the other people and enjoy a quiet life.

Tilan: Tilan is home to the river thought, giving the inhabitants the ability to read minds, influence people greatly and have much better use of logic. the people there are smart and always think before they act. They are great buisness men and often cheat or con people into things as they can influence them so strongly. they like keeping their orign a secret as a result of this.

Self: unsuprisingly, the river of self runs through the continent self. This is where magic runs deep and people have the ability to control the magic dragon self could. However, after the continent breaking, they cannot always control all of the magic and are unreliable. the inhabitants are the bravest and most foolish of the people. They live life for the present and never worry about the future.
Hybrid: the fifth continent that is composed from the land that broke of at the start of the war. A small part of all of the rivers have formed oasis' here so the people have been gifted with all of the magic. they have closed there borders and live a peaceful life using their powers for fun. However, a dark group of assasins are said to of leaked into this place so a police force has been gathered to stop it. (note, you may start here as a citizen, assasin or police person.)


NOTES:

ANYONE WHO MASTER'S THEIR MAGIC CAN ACSESSES SELF CHI AND ENTER THE SPIRIT WORLD. YOU CAN FIGHT IN THE SPIRIT WORLD, YOU POWERS ARE BOOSTED THEIR.

NO ONE WHO STARTS OFF HYBRID CAN ENTER IT WITHOUT A GOOD FIGHT OR PLAN.
