geting recruits is a big thing for a guild or group so i think we should go to rallys citys where ever and find some recruits the biger the better

Actually it is not just about getting people to join. We need people who will be active. Not just people who join guilds & then never post or participate in them.
It is great to spread the word about the guild. We will welcome new members, but tell them they must be active to stay in the guild.
