You need to get a Flute that you can only get in an event before he shows himself on the spear pillar. The item is an event exclusive, and the event hasn't been released in America yet.

I hope you realize that this guild prohibits the trading of hacked pokemon, and usage of them in offical events.
You cant get him yet there was an event only in japan when the arceus movie came out in japan that they had an event when you when in the theater and in only one part of the movie arcues was unlocked everyone had brought their DS's gonk
Its not allowed to be traded in the Gts yet and you will be able to get his flute in a little while theres going to be a event in the usa only to get arcues hes coming out with the movie rofl

you need to get the azure flute a toys r us or use a action replay.then go to the place where you find dialga or palica and save before you go in.then stairs will apear and then walk up the stairs and you will find arcaus......

you do know this gulid prohibits hacking or cheats on the pokemon games proof look up luther is a admin lmaooo
