All right, we've done this once before, but we have some more information that we need to gather and new Guardians that need to give it. So here's the deal: In the upcoming metaplot event, there is going to be a lot of room for characters to get hurt. It will, in fact, be one of the only times that the shop will be comfortable with people swapping Guardian characters outside of serious personal need. So if you would like your Fa'e's Guardian bond to be broken during this event, we need for you to let us know! At the same time, if you're willing to let your Fa'e be injured, you can tell us here and we'll be able to plan for opportunities.

Anyone who does not fill out a slip will be assumed not to have given any permission for these events. Although permission may be given or altered during the event if you would like to allow your Fa'e to harm in order to accommodate events, the Guardian bond will not be at risk after the event has begun.



EDIT: To be clear about Guardian bonds and their need to a Fa'e. If the Guardian bond is broken, a Fa'e will begin the process of fading. This process is not immediate - it can take a great deal of time in some cases, and relatively little in others. If your Fa'e's Guardian bond is broken, you must have them find a new Guardian character or they will fade out of existence! However, this can take place over just about any reasonable amount of time you want. So it is not necessary to immediately replace them, or even replace them by the end of the event - but don't wait too long after!
