I have yet to hear any of the openings from any OVAs, but from the openings of Negima! and Negima!?, I would have to say I like 1000% Sparking, and Eien no Toki wo koete. Song-wise, anyway. I like the animation and song for 1000% Sparking the most of all of them. *doesn't like Happy Material much*. I would have said Eien no toki wo koete, as I like the song more, but the animation ruins it. It's REALLY boring.
As for the endings, I'm not particularly fond of any of them. I GUESS I'd have to say Oshiete Hoshiizoo, Master, as it's the least boring of them.
