My rat pepper is almost a year when about a week ago I found bumps on her belly and arm. I thought it was just because she cleaned herself off to hard and they would heal within time. But then the next few days the bumps had gotten bigger. And now the one under her belly is blocking where she eliminates. It's big black and blue. I've tried my best to help her all I can. I even called three vets to see what I could do. But with my parents being so cheap they won't even spend 40$ for a visit. I saved up but only made 10$ because once again my parents are cheap. I went online and found that turkey tail mushroom's if grinded up and given in small dose's with the rats favorite treat can help the tumor slow down and even make it go away, the sad thing us though I've been all over the place looking for these mushroom's and I can't find them....I have no clue on what to do. Does anyone live in ohio and know where I could find these? or even a website for food. It would be very helpful for dear pepper and myself.

Look around and find a cheaper vet.Or call the vet and beg and plead. My cat had a wasp sting and we had to go to the vet.And try google or bing.In the meantime you should try to let pepper sleep.Beg your parents but dont bring it to yellign or names or else thell never do iut.Begging and pleading can help.I hope pepper gets better. And remember it not your fault.*hugz, you need it*
