Oh goodness isn't this how she lost her owners in the first place? Her whiskers gave a twitch at the unfamiliar location she had gotten herself too. 'Left? Right?' Which way was home. 'Dearie me my family will miss me...' She sat down on a dimly lit corner and sulked to herself. Her sence of direction was completly horrible. 'Soooo two families down?' Her tail wumpfhed behind her once angerly. And she really did like this one too. They were quite nice to her- well accept when they sprayed her with water to get her off things. That she could really do with out. But not all the humans in the house did that.
She liked the younger male and the visiting female the most. They gave her extra treats and as many tummy rubs as she wanted! But as it stood now she probally wasn't going to get back to either of them for awhile. She let out another long sigh not thrilled to be a stray again. The bell on her collar let out a tiny jingle. Maybe some nice human would be able to take her back to her home? Wasn't that why humans put collars on pets anyway?

Lounging high up in a nearby tree, a black-pelted tom flicked one of his ears and cracked an eye open at a light jingling below him. Hanging down below the branch, his blue-tipped tail waved suddenly and he turned to look down at what had grabbed his attention. Rolling over so that he was resting belly-down on the branch, Ikuto folded both hands under his cheek and grinned down at the lost kitten. "What's the matter, chibi?" He purred lowly, his eyes narrowing slightly in mysterious amusement, "Are you lost?" His tail flipped up behind him once before settling over his leg in a loose curve.

She looked around for a few moments hearing the voice before the sound. "Why yes I am...I'm normally an indoor cat, but I well ya know like being outside too...And I got well lost." She finally saw the other cat in the tree and wiggled her tail again. "You wouldn't know how to get back to my humans." She lifted up a paw and showed him the tag. "I can't even begin to read human." She frowned and lowered it back to her body once more.

Ikuto's rich blue eyes glittered in the dim light cast by the streetlight, and he pushed himself into a seated position before jumping off the branch altogether. Landing in a crouch, he faced the female and grinned at her. "Sorry. I'm new around here too." He began softly, moving much closer to her and slowly bringing his hand up to finger at the tag on her collar, "Although this black cat has just crossed your path, you seem to still have a little luck. I know some human." Eventually, the darkly-pelted tom's eyes flickered from the female's own to the tag he held between his fingers. Reading over the words stamped into it, the Bombay thought hard about whether he'd seen them anywhere. Of course, in order to recognize having seen something, one must first have had to pay attention to their surroundings, which Ikuto usually didn't. "Looks like your luck just ran out, Chibi." He murmured finally, releasing the tag and rising to his full height, backing away to give her some space again as he did so and sticking a hand in his pocket, "I can't say that I know where your home is. I might be able to get you into the area, but this city is huge." With a flick of his long, silken tail, he adjusted his violin on his back and glanced at her again, "What will you do?"
