The Magic Hate Ball II
Icould easily overlook the anatomy side of things. So I think whut bothers me about this piece is the fact it seems lifeless. Without much emotion put into it.
I think perhaps when you draw something you should try and put a little feeling into it, because people can always learn anatomy and correct proportions but its hard to actually make the viewer feel something.
I think its more important to try and do the stuff you can't learn, like creating emotional pieces.
But thats just my personal opinion.
So I guess what I am saying is instead of thinking bout angles and anatomy you should loosen up a lil and express yourself more : ) I like your thinking (and it's not just because I'm too lazy to learn how to draw people +_+).
But I did try to put some emotion into it. This probably goes along with my posing issues, because the pose is generally (to me, anyway) the main thing that conveys the overall feeling of a picture, besides maybe the face expressions and lighting.
I guess I'm pretty bad at faces, too. The eyebrows and eyes are usually my favorite part to draw, but I always make the eyebrow tweaks too
slight, and too soft.
And it probably would have helped if I had worked on a larger scale in the first place ^^;
