Davy Jones appeared on the shore, frowning as he stomped along. "Shouldn't have trusted her...." He snarled to the empty air.

Melodie tossed a starfish into the ocean, all the while collecting pretty little shells of creatures long gone from this world. She rubbed her arms from the mild chill of the ocean waves that splashed against her feet. Ear pricking, she listened to the sound of the ocean before the snarled reached her from ghostly visitors that haunted the shores. She turned her attention to the spirit and followed it. She raised an eyebrow as Davy stomped his way on the shoreline. "Something wrong?" She asked.

"...Places like these should be sent into the Abyss...."He growled as his shadows of the past rise up again. He looked toward land in agitation. "She promised to wait for me for ten years.....ten years while I served to place the souls to the other side..."

"Was she mortal?" She asked softly, staring out into the blue waters.

"She is the goddess of the sea....and heartless and cruel as any mortal...." Davy growled loudly, his claw clenched in anger.

"You sound like you were in love with her..." She noted, turning her gaze to him to study his expression. Even so she saw his past self's face twisted in teh anger that sounded even as his present self showed.

Davy shok his head slightly, puzzled by her words. "Ye are a confusing Lass, but not like her." He tossed another crab into the wave.

"She was confusing?" She tilted her head, looking at him before sitting in the wet sand and giggling as the water washed up to soak her feet and her butt in salty water.

Davy chuckled loudly, bemused by her answer. "Aye, but not in the best of ways. But ye are different..." He took a couple of shells before putting them lightly in her mane. "....ye have more humor then her."
