It would seem like there have been a lot of sightings in the Zatao region of albino Pokemon.
Here is a compilation of all of the sightings and any other observations.

Name: She is a wild Pokemon, so she technically has no name. Nickname: Observers tend to call her "Opal" Gender: Female Species: Mew Ability: Synchronize Nature: Modest Likes: Dry foods and Lum berries Dislikes: Seems a bit wary of civilized regions (towns, buildings, places with lots of people) Pokedex Entry: Because it can use all kinds of moves, many scientists believe MEW to be the ancestor of Pokémon. Appearance: This Mew looks just like a normal Mew, except she is an albino. She has white fur with pink eyes and skin. When she transforms, she still retains the albinism (if the creature has scales, they sometimes also include yellow scaling). She is frequently seen carrying Lum berries.
Personality: Opal is a good natured Pokemon who doesn't have a mean bone in her body. She is simple and likes to make others happy. One thing she can't stand is loneliness in others and so she tries to be a good friend to whoever she meets, even if she only has known them for a few minutes. Though she is technically considered a legendary Pokemon, she doesn't act the part even in the slightest. She is wary of civilization and usually tries to avoid being seen by humans in cities or towns. She may transform into another Pokemon to avoid being seen in her normal state (it is assumed that she may have had a bad encounter with humans and being in her natural state in the past). Opal seems to prefer to transform into other Pokemon that it has seen in the past (which would be a lot of Pokemon). She seems partial to transforming into Pokemon with the abilities Keen Eye or Compound Eyes. If observed in any state without either of these abilities, she seems to have impaired vision (based upon her actions).
History: Her exact past is unknown, but based upon her actions, it is obvious she has had a bad interaction with humans and is wary of them. As well, it would seem she's encountered many Pokemon in the past, thus her ability to transform into a seemingly endless list of different Pokemon.

Most Frequently Observed Pokemon: Compound Eyes Opal seems to have a preference for masquerading about as Pokemon with the ability Compound Eyes. Each of these Pokemon have an extremely heightened sense of sight, and even with extreme vision impairments can see better than the average Pokemon. It seems like a logical choice for a vision impaired Pokemon to transform into any of these Pokemon if they knew how to transform.

Opal does not tend to go about in these forms very frequently, but if an observer is patiently stalking this Pokemon, they may be lucky enough to see her transform into any of these forms. Included is her natural form, which can only be observed if she is completely at ease (which does not happen with people around since she can psychically sense them).
