ok hear goes stare
in the past two months or so since a little before school started my best friend jen has pretty much been ignoring me. her ex from another school moved hear and they were pretty close since she was his only friend and then my other two friends wes and tim have been hanging with her non-stop. its pretty sad cuz its like those three basically worship her and they know how i feel. everytime i go to talk to her they just ******** come up and take her attention away and everytime i make plans to hang out she just HAS to bring one of em or her tranny bf (not an actuall tranny, just tranny looking) or cancels to hang with someone else. i actually told her about this and all she said was "oh im sorry" and "well you kinda scare me cuz u make fun of me and i feel closer to them" so i told her i make fun of her cuz she really hurts me and it was bullshit that she feels closer to guys shes known for the most two years and the least a few months. ive been friends with her since third grade and were juniors now so i dont wanna lose the friendship but at this point its just not worth it. and since our one friend commited suicide the other day i cant really say anythingat all cuz ill just feel like crap.

You can't blame her for having other friends. Sometimes people click with someone they haven't known very long. People also might not click with someone they have known for years. So length of time isn't necessarily a determining factor when it comes to who people want to spend their time with.

It's a shame, but friends do come and go. That's especially true when you are young and are growing and changing a lot. If she doesn't seem like she wants to be friends anymore and even says you scare her, it might be best to just let go.

Seconded. She doesn't sound like she has much of an interest in the friendship anymore, as much as I don't want to say it, and if she's hurting you then it might be better to walk away and leave the ball in her court (her renewing the friendship in the future if that's what she wants to try).
