I was reading some of your girls wonderful topics, and i wanted to know, would it be acceptable to wear lolita to school, and if so, what?
I'm a starter lolita, so I am also looking for some good fashion tips too!

Probably, but it would most likely be best to keep it understated, and something you don't mind getting dirty.
I. E., no corsets, but knee-length skirts and socks should be fine. ^_^ A nice, conservative blouse would also be advisable.
That being said, even if your school rules are accepting of Loli styles, don't be surprised if some students and faculty members make snide comments. No, it's not nice or fair, but students in junior high and high school can be particularly cruel, so just be cautious and aware of the kind of folks you go to school with.

I'm sure people will talk, but i'm realatively good of taking that sort of stuff not to heart. Sory, but what sort of shoes whould i wear? I have some cute flats, or would heels work too?

Lady Tam is right, I think you should wear something more Casual Lolita like Mary Magdalene that generally just looks like a cute little dress. I have a friend that wears Elegant Gothic Lolita tops with a fancy English Pea coat over the top.
I personally, dress up in full Lolita every now and then in my Alice in Wonderland Dress. My old high school (College Student now) didn't really mind anything that I wore because I wore crazy outfits ranging from valleygirl or gangster to cybergothic and Lolita or Harajuku. So my school wasn't surprised at all when I showed up in a frilly dress. But as Lady Tam said, if you're not used to snarky or cruel remarks from teachers or students, than be careful and hold your head up high. If anyone asks what the eff you're wearing, explain it politely and use internet references etc...
Other than that you might actually get some positive remarks that might surprise you. <3 Enjoy and don't worry about anyone's comfort but your own.
