Now, I wish to find a set or kit with the bits of a pocket watch in. I.e. The Cogs, hands and all the bits that need to be put together (On the inside) in the kit and preferably a manual. (Cause I have never done this before)
But the only thing I can find are ready made watches that you can add different chains to, or Putting a picture on the face of the watch then having it sent to you.
SUGGESTIONS PLEASE?
(I don't really want to buy an old cog watch and take it apart then put it back together till I understand the order of things.)

Hmm, The second one your not making anyone of the insides its just putting a chain on it.. i saw that on another website.
What I'd really like is something like the first one pocketwatch (And clockwork).
But that you very much for the help. (I will look in some of my local hobby shops and have a look see.

You've sparked my interest so I've spent a moment searching... This is what I've come up with so far. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Pocket-Watch-Restoration-Maintenance-Repair/dp/0719803705 Whilst it is only restoration, maintenance and repair it should have key details, right?
As I understand it this is something similar. http://cgi.ebay.ca/Repair-Vintage-Antique-Pocket-Watches-Make-money_W0QQitemZ380156405407QQihZ025QQcategoryZ41369QQcmdZViewItem
Here are a list of some more books for you. http://www.antique-pocket-watch.com/pocket-watch-books.html
You can find various spare parts on ebay, including cases but you may want to go to a jewellers for that. If you find a cosy little shop run by an old man... Probably jammed somewhere small or difficult to find. Maybe a second storey shop? They're often really helpful and enthusiastic when they hear people are interested in such things! They're the best sort of shop, if you ask me.
I've been considering finding stuff like this for a while now, your request for help managed to kick me into action! Thanks! xD

That is what we are here for, is it not? To help push each other to action for the things that we love- that is guild fellowship. =) Well, or something like it... and thanks to such threads as these I refer to these forums for any of my steampunk questions.
