Sakura stared up at the slide that she was standing in front of. She had wandered out of her owner's place again but this time she stuck near the area that she recognized. In her short wandering area she had stumbled across a playground that looked abandoned. Feeling a little curious, she decided to check it out. And so here she was staring up at the slide wondering what it was. She batted at the plastic with a paw for a few moments. "What is this?" she asked herself out loud. She had never seen anything like this before. She glanced around, wondering if anyone else was around.

Again with the park. he didn't know why he kept coming back here, especially since Phoebe had made it quite clear of what was going to happen if he kept wandering near her territory, but Tempo didn't have a problem with running into her again. It made things entertaining.
Humming softly as he climbed up the jungle gym, which he was quite used to by now, the forest cat padded through the brightly colored tunnel that linked the monkey bars to the slides and jittery bridge.
Upon hearing a voice, his ears perked slightly, and the older male slowly made his way down the metal stairs towards the slide. He heard someone batting the plastic, and the female's tone was quite confused...rather blatantly, and quickly, he lowered down to his tummy at the top of the slide and stared down towards the female he'd never run into before. "It's a children's slide," he chimed, resting his cheeks to his palms, while his elbows settled to the bright yellow plastic of the slide. "You know...human children's slide. You do what its name hints...slide down it," chuckling a bit, his tail flicked around against the backs of his thighs, and he cocked his head down at her. "What're you doing out here, Kitten? I see you have a collar, do you not have a family to return to?"

Sakura nearly jumped when she heard a voice above her. She looked up and saw a...human-cat sliding down towards her. She quickly backed up, her ears flat against her skull and her tail puffed out slightly. She arched her back slightly as she listened to him talk to her. "Never seen one before. My human doesn't have any children." She flicked her tail back and forth slowly, but it still remained fluffed out. "My human is out at work and I decided to wander around for a bit. I remember seeing this when she brought me to her home so I decided to check it out to see what it was."

Smirking down at her, he just cocked his head slightly and crossed his ankles, still at the top of the slide. He'd prefer not to approach her now that she'd gone into a defensive stance.
Pursing his lips, he looked around for a moment, then focused back down to her, "Children are small humans--but much grabbier and not so gentle. Might wanna' watch out, they hang out here a lot," Tempo warned quietly, frowning when she didn't seem to relax.
"I'm not here to hurt you, dont worry."

She watched him carefully for a few minutes to make sure that he wasn't going to attack him before she slowly started to relax. She sat down on her haunches and leaned forward, her fluffed tail curling around her legs.
She nodded her head slightly. "I'll...be sure to keep that in mind," she said softly, looking down at the ground. "If this place is for children...then why..." she started to say before letting it fade away. She didn't know if it was right for her to ask him why he was playing here if it was a children's park.
