I can only hope so much this was a fake thread, but indeed that phase of thought has now passed.
I bid thee welcome to reality; where separate people have differing opinions upon various forms of entertainment, politics, and the like. And for well thought-out reason too.
Would someone with an above average intelligence want to converse with the likes of you in an offline situation? With the likes of Stephenie Meyer? I think not.
Twilight is an insult to vampire folklore, the very myth and legend vampires were founded on. It is also an insult to feminism, free will, and love. Meyer imposes that a relationship can survive on looks and smell alone; between a (supposedly) monstrous creature and a pathetic human girl nonetheless.
She imposes that ripping the engine out of your lover's car simply because she wants to see her friend is okay. Making your sister kidnap your lover because she wants to actually go places is also okay, according to Stephenie Meyer. Those are two examples of abuse, and don't even get me started on him: bruising her, breaking her bones, and shattering the headboard in bed.
She also thinks vampires are supposed to "sparkle." The same could be said if you made a dragon suddenly be able to breathe rainbows. It defies logic, just as Edward watching her for 2 months when she has only been in Forks for 1 month does.
Her lack of biology also imposes a sort of fear. What will become of our next generation, when their role model does not even know you cannot replenish your blood supply by drinking more of it?
Point being, the "book" is simply her erotic dreams written on paper. Her OWN description of Bella is identical to her, minus around 100 pounds. Please rethink your choices in literature, it shall help you in the future.
