Best amp to get with a $200 budget?

Next month, I'm visiting my relatives in Boston. They're going to buy me an amp so I can play some electric twanger when I get there. I was wondering what would be the best amp I could get with $200.
I was thinking a Peavey Vyper 30 30W 1x12 Guitar Combo Amp
I don't think I should be getting a Line 6 Spider IV 30 30W 1x12 because honestly, I don't think Line 6s are that good for anything other than metal.
Suggestions?

Dude, get a Vox Valvestate amp! They sound amazing, tube tone at an affordable price! You would probably look into the VT-15 or the VT-30, great little amps; I'm so happy with mine!
