It's ok.
The stages are better than in Brawl, though.

You should add some more details.

Waynebrizzle You should add some more details. It's like Brawl. A bit more stiff. Far fewer characters. Health bars.

What about the stages though? Why do you think they're better. I'd like to know that much at least.

You fight in one place and then go to another place, which makes it pretty cool. I wish there was an option to turn off the crocodiles. The game's main issue is that it's a Super Smash Brothers clone, but not as good. If it were just a normal fighting game with combos and whatnot it would be a different story, but SSB has had over ten years to refine the formula, and so anything short of Melee/Brawl controls feels awkward and wrong. Every action seems like it's not going through because you are expecting it to be just like Brawl.
The stages are pretty neat, like Kuzo said. There's one where you're fighting on a ship which crashes into an iceberg and then sinks, so you have to jump onto this surfacing whale which keeps shooting water out of its blowhole.
The game also has wall attacks so you can latch onto a wall and then do an attack off of it, and there are some poles you can swing around and attack off of which was pretty neat, too. It just tries to be SSB, but since it's not as good it feels like it falls really short.

Huh, I was really excited for this game after reading a Nintendo Power article. I had no idea it came out... I'm really behind on release dates. D= I'll probably rent it, then.
