There has been a huge influx of the number of spam topics that have been made recently. To help stop that this topic will be made to log all of the spam topics that take an excessive ammount of time to be removed, as evidence that a helper would help with keeping the forum clean.
Please post the following when entering a log:
Type of spam topic.
Reference number:
Time the report was made:
Time topic was made:
Approx time topic was removed(perhaps make a note in the report asking for a PM from the mod removing the topic when it is moved/removed. That, or check your sent box for the sent message that responds with the removed topic)
Make the logs as soon as possible following the report. As for the approximate time when the topic is moved you can add that as the information comes in and just edit your post. If you have suggestions for the information needed for each log PM me(or just make the adjustments if you are a crew member) and they will be added if it is essential for the logs.
