I would like some input. I have a friend that pick up the book, The Necronmicon" by Simon. It was published in 1977. It seems to me to fall in the dark arts. The book is written in a fictional format leaving the method and formulas hidden within the text. That's as much as I know. If anyone know anything more, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks. I did a little more research and the works that Simon is talking was written around the turn of the century in fictional tales by H. J. Lovecraft. Lovecraft lineage goes back to the Salem Witch Trials in Mass. I hope you can find more. And thank you again.

So, there is nothing to H.P. Lovecraft tales that Simon supposedly decoded. Thanks that helps a lot. Since I have never heard of him, it was hard for me to give advice to my friend. I seem to like books where transscripts from ancient cultures are translated like the book Babylonian Magic and Sorcery written in 1896. I enjoy anicent texts there fun to read.

i dont really see much in it but thats my opinion,
its supposidly based on ancient civilisations work but yeah,
its chaos magic if i recall they dont follow "magic rules" really and dont really see the "karma in magic".
my advise take it with a pinch of salt.
ive met a few power hungry individuals of whom use this magic.
