?Shikai and Shunpo?

As you know, not everyone is allowed to have shikai, nor are they allowed to have shunpo. So this is going to be where the list of requirements and the training schedule shall be for each of those abilities.

** Please note that these skills can only be taught by myself, your VC (which we have yet to receive), and in special circumstances where I am unavailable for the actual training, I will leave someone in my place (they may be the third seat, or they might be a Captain or Vice captain from another squad entirely).

Shikai: Unless you have been specifically stated otherwise (which I will confirm) you can only apply to learn shikai once you have been in the guild (and active) for two months. Even after the two months you still must prove that you are a proficent roleplayer and that you have what it takes to EARN shikai.

Shunpo: Unless you have been specifically stated otherwise (which I will confirm) you can only apply to learn shunpo once you have been in the guild (and active) for three months. This is a personal decision as a VC as I want to make sure you have the nessesary abilities to learn such a strenous skill. Even after the three months you still must prove that you are a proficent roleplayer and that you have what it takes to EARN shunpo.
