Ok, so as you all know every place needs to have rules, for without rules there is chaos. Here in first squad, the only chaos I put up with is the chaos our members create on the battlefeild for the other side. So without further adeu, here are your rules. Obey them
.1. Follow ALL Gaia's T.O.S. and Guild Rules. You know the consequences.
2. Be respectful to everyone here (in the guild) regardless of rank or race. (Playful trash talk is allowed, but you know where the line is drawn.)
3. We are the Elite of Soul Society here in First Squad, so I expect at least a well-thought-out paragraph for each post.
4. Your rank is dependent on your roleplaying abilities, not your joining order. Therfore, if your are less proficent then someone else who is lower then you, expect to be moved.
5. Rank is also dependent on your activity. If you want to remain seated, expect to be fairly active. (You should be able to make at least two IC posts a week.) Should something personal come up, tell me and I will take it into consideration.
6. Not so much a rule, but I expect everyone to try and participate in every one of the guild-wide plots.
