Aria walked along a narrow path between some trees on the edge of town, watching the path leading out towards Jinko Town. She was waiting for some new young trainer to pop out, so she could do her job. Attack, take the pokémon, go back to HQ. She was sure she'd succeed with Aurianna at her side, so she wasn't too worried. She just needed a kid to show up.
She sighed, tapping Auri's pokéball, but not letting her out. She wanted her beauty to be a total surprise to the kid who crossed her path. She figured it'd be a good lesson to the kid! They'd learn to be tougher, and more prepared. And she'd get praise from the bosses.

A tennis ball landed near where Aria was, bouncing about until it rolled on the ground into stillness. A bulbasaur came bounding towards the tennis ball, crying out in joy "Bul! Bul! Bul!" Until its cries were muffled by the ball being picked up into his mouth and running back to a very tall man dress in black, who had a strange looking pidgey perched on his shoulder.
The man took the tennis ball from the vines that brought it up to his chest level, picking it with a handkerchief to avoid the saliva of the pokemon, wiping it down, he threw it once again and watched as the grass pokemon took off after it.

Aria tilted her head, frowning, then said "Rocket... I'm Starsong, and you?" She smiled after that. She didn't know the man as yet, but she was always happy to make new friends on the team. She was, however, scrupulous about using her codename in public. Harder to track her that way, and after all, she figured she'd look better to the uppers. She smiled at his Pidgey and his Bulbasaur, and fingered the release for Aurianna.
Aurianna burst out, ready, then noted Aria's posture and relaxed, peering at the man and the other two pokémon curiously.

Ezekiel stare at her for a moment then looked at her pokemon. "..." He looked into his back and took out his Rocket Pokedex, opening it, he showed his I.D. which stated he was Agent Quietude. After she read it, he put it away once again, in time to take the ball from the bulbasaur.
Gavin chirped with mild curiously at the two strangers but then he began preening his feathers.

Aria wandered over to him, peering over his shoulder. "Mmmm. Quietude..." She studied him for a long moment, then finally said "Can you talk? She didn't seem bothered, just curious.
Auri wandered over to peer at Gavin, then slowly said "Sollllllll?"

Ezekiel shook his head at her question, his dark eyes studying the girl before him for a moment.
"Piiiidgey" He chirped from between his feathers.
Palmer didn't make a sound, his eyes staring at the tennis ball on his trainer's hand, like a hypnotize pokemon in battle.

She was nowhere near as tall as him, though she was tall for a girl, somewhere around 5'11" or so. She smiled. "No worries... You do sign language or pad of paper or...?"
Auri seemed to smile slowly. "Ab, absol. Sol sol?"

Taking out a small white board and black market, he tapped it lightly, indicating he could write his words. He didn't believe he would had to write it for her to understand, instead he wrote something and showed it to her. 'why are you all the way out here?'
"Pid geeeeeeey Pid pid pidgeeeey" Gavin flew down and landed on the absol's back, inspecting her closer.

Aria laughed a little. "Probably the same thing you are, I'd bet... Looking out for a chance to bring in Pokémon for the chance to promote, for the Team... And enjoying a nice day to boot."
"Sol!" She looked surprised at the pidgey over her shoulder, and leaned her head a little to sniff softly at him.

"Oh that's cool too! Anyway I can help?" She bounces a bit on her heels. "I'd be happy to do so!"
Auri gives him a lick on his beak, tail wagging. "Sol."

'Already done with recon and the books I wish for are not available at the moment. At least not in this town. I am making my way back towards the base.' He showed her the white board, then added. 'Your help is kind, but perhaps you should go back to your task.'
Gavin looks down right horrified at being licked and tries to clean his beak, desperately looking for a puddle of water.

Aria looked disappointed. "Well... if you're sure..." She sighs. She hadn't seen a single kid. "No one else seems to be around but ok..."
Auri looked surprised at the response to the lick, it'd been a friendly gesture! "Sooool?"
