This is the new area for creating custom jutsu... simply because the older one was getting too crowded.
I do not require any format for creating jutsu, but there are a few that I favor over others. But lets not get into that. Enjoy.

Description:
This is for the Kekkai Genkai Light and Dark.
Light is a wave that disturbs electromagnetic forces. Which means as it travels it will move the magnetic forces around us. When normal light waves go through the magnetic forces return to normal, but this jutsu sends only a pulse, half a wave, which will change the magnetic field, charging any object. This newly magnetic object will attract metal objects to it. Lasts 2 posts.

Drakus: Approved, but be careful with that, you have to limit what you can make that with. If you made it with your chest, you'd be turning yourself into a pincushion. Make it a variation on the Light Pulse, where it's focused on a limb.
Jewlz: Can we get a little more description for this move please? It looks good though.

He uses a custom seal that he places on a few certain different shaped kunai that he can use to when thrown teleport to where the kunai is, or he can place this mark on an opponent but he has to physically touch that part of the opponent to do so.
Other: This move cannot be taught. and is very tricky. Sin only uses three kunai at a time with this seal on them.

Description:
The user will summon a vast amount of flowers that cover the area. The flowers, all at once will emit a deadly pheromone, that clings to things, and is easily breathed in. This gas is so deadly, even if it covers the skin it will begin to burn through it. If breathed in, the victim will start to have trouble breathing, and soon enough their throat will close and they will suffocate. If the poison pheromone gets into the victims eyes, it will cause blindness. The downfall to this jutsu is that the user will die, no matter how quick they are brought to a hospital. Another downfall is, if allies are in the immediate vicinity, they will also.

Description:
The way our vision works is by light reflecting off of stuff and entering our eyes. So what this jutsu does is bend light so it moves around a one meter area, making it so it can't be seen. Though this seems like a genjutsu it falls under ninjutsu, because it effects everyone the same. Draw back is the area doesn't move.
