She holds herself with poise and always keeps her back straight up. She walks lightly, on her toes most of the time, as she is used to being attacked without any warning. She has long grey hair that goes down to her waist, and her eyes are a deep brown. Her skin is quite tanned, as she spends most of her time outside, but one can see the once creamy color that is was. Her clothes usually consist of a kimono, as she feels more comfortable wearing them. A small dagger is always hidden up each sleeve, and she often has one hiding in her footwear or tied to a string around her neck. Personality : Azure is one fiery little woman. She longs for adventure, to feel adrenaline coursing through her veins, and to be able to explore and discover. The urge to do so is almost overpowering. However, this causes her to be impatient and often snaps at others when she doesn't get her own way. She hates having to be quiet. Her spirit is too strong to allow herself to just sit still, and she loathes being bored more than anything else. Also, she loves to fight. she practices every day with whatever she can find, be it a tree branch or a fan. It's one of the best ways she has to help channel out her frustration and anger. One of Azure's fundamental beliefs is Shinto. It makes up a large part of her, and is one of the reasons for why she tries to contain herself at times, and why she constructively tries to use her anger to improve her fighting skills, instead of just lashing out at whoever is nearby. Keywords [5 Max]: Impatient, Traditional, Fighter, Fierce, Determined History : Azure was born to a loving couple. For the first few years of her life, she grew up loved and surrounded by family. She had a younger sister, and an older brother. At the age of 5, illness swept through the area where she lived, and sadly her mother and older brother died. Her father was distraught and started drinking. He didn't pay much attention to his two daughters anymore, too caught up in grief for his wife. So Azure grew up pretty independent, and grew used to looking after her younger sister. One day, she was out picking berries in the local forest with her sister, and when they got back to the house they found it burned to the ground. Her father had perished in the fire. She was only 11. Terrified, she fled into the forest with her little sister, and they lived under the cover of the trees for a few months. They foraged for food, found ponds to drink from, and learned how to live the hard way. She left her sister asleep under a tree (they were used to that, as Azure usually left to find food before her sister woke up), but when she came back her sister was gone. She searched for many weeks, but never found her again. It was during her searching that she stumbled upon a small cottage, not too far away from the edge of the forest. She decided to stay there (as it was clearly abandoned), and slowly built it up to resemble a Shinto temple. she lives there now, not far from civilization, and hopes to one day find her sister again.

8th September 2009-Submitted my Entry in the Opening Event
8th September 2009-Later that day, I found out I had won a Daemon!
24th September 2009-My Journal was created
25th September 2009-Started working on Journal
17th October 2009-Received cert/daemon, still working on journal
18th October 2009-Filled in all Journal info, waiting for a slot to order graphics
21st December 2009-Finally decided on a name for my lovely daemon
5th June 2010-Wow. It's been a long time. I was on hiatus for a while, but am back now. Have also signed Azure up for a biology class. Fun! Also created banners for the journal.

Reason for Manifestation: Azure's sister vanished one day whilst she was out hunting for the two of them. She collapsed in shock, and her daemon manifested to help comfort her. She is now convinced that Angela fell from a cliff, as she had a hallucination of this whilst in a somewhat delirious state.
Personality: In many ways, Nyto is a lot like Azure. The animal influences combine in such a way, that this Daemon truly is an extension of Azure's soul. He is almost identical, yet has qualities that Azure strives to achieve. Nyto is a rather shy being, much like the reclusive Andean Mountain Cat, yet is a social soul. He craves the company of others, much like a Gray Wolf living in a pack. He doesn't like to be alone and isolated, whereas Azure feels a bit more comfortable on her own. She isn't too sure how to behave around humans anymore after so long living on her own. He has the ferocious spirit of the Tiger, but isn't as quick as his human counterpart to leap into a fight. The Pygmy Rabbit within him makes him stop and assess the danger first. He is more patient and will observe the enemy before attacking, and doesn't show dominance simply by being stronger than others. When angered, Nyto can be very cold and calculating. He will look for weak spots, much like a Barn Owl, and plan the best way to tear the opponent apart through these spots. He isn't afraid to hurt others. Nyto also has a bit of a regal air. He feels above others, and believes Azure is destined for greater things and is simply held back by her reluctance. He thinks she has the qualities of a great leader, and gets this from his Andalusian influence.

Andean Mountain Cat: This is a small, wild cat. It is about the size of a domestic cat, but with its long fur often looks bigger. Not much is known about this animal. It lives in high altitudes on mountains, and is rarely ever sighted by humans. It is a rare species, and there are though to be only 2,500 of its kind left. This cat is shy and reclusive, but is very much like a small cat version of a snow leopard. It is carnivorous, but has limited food sources as poaching greatly depletes the population of their prey. These cats can obviously defend themselves as scientists have seen gray foxes run away from them. More info at: [x].
Tiger: The tiger is one of the big cats. It is very solitary and spends most of its life on its own. Although very fierce, tigers are surprising social. They will often share their kill with other tigers they have never met, and it has been known for 9 tigers to feed together without fighting, and all of them having no relation to each other. A tiger will fight to protect their territory or food if they need to, however. They have been known to kill other predators such as leopards, and even anacondas and crocodiles. Gray Wolf: These animals usually live in packs. These packs are often family structures, but eventually a wolf will break off to start a pack of its own (not always, though). They are very social creatures, but are quite territorial as well. They often dwell in forests, and know how to hunt the prey well there. They usually hunt in a group, not on their own, as that way they bring down larger kills. Wolves will often kill predators, such as coyotes, of about their own size or smaller to ward off competition. To ones bigger than themselves, they may attack if they are desperate, but tend to maintain a mutual ignorance. More information can be found at: [x]
Barn Owl: The Barn Owl is a pale, long-winged, long-legged owl with a short squarish tail. Tail shape is a way of distinguishing the Barn Owl from true owls when seen in flight, as are the wavering motions and the open dangling feathered legs. The light face with its peculiar shape and the black eyes give the flying bird an odd and startling appearance, like a flat mask with oversized oblique black eyeslits, the ridge of feathers above the bill somewhat resembling a nose. Contrary to popular belief, it does not hoot. It instead produces the characteristic shree scream, ear-shattering at close range. It can hiss like a snake, and when captured or cornered, it throws itself on its back and flails with sharp-taloned feet, making for an effective defense.
Andalusian Horse: They are at the same time elegant and strongly built. Members of the breed have heads of medium length, with a straight or slightly convex profile. Necks are long and broad, running to well-defined withers; massive chests; short backs; broad, strong hind quarters and rounded croups. The breed tends to have clean legs and energetic gaits. The mane and tail are thick and long. Andalusians tend to be docile, but also proud and sensitive. When treated with respect, they are quick to learn, responsive and cooperative. The movement of Andalusian horses is extended, elevated, cadenced and harmonious, with a balance of roundness and forward movement. Poor elevation, irregular tempo, and excessive winging (sideways movement of the legs from the knee down) are discouraged. Andalusians are known for their agility and their ability to learn difficult moves quickly, such as advanced collection and turns on the haunches. Taken from Wikipedia.
Pygmy Rabbit: The pygmy rabbit is distinguishable from other leporids by its small size, short ears, gray color, small hind legs, and lack of white fur on the tail. It is one of only two rabbits in America that actually dig burrows. Rabbits, being prey animals, tend to be exploratory in new spaces and when confronted with a threat, they tend to freeze and observe. Rabbit vision has a remarkably wide field of view, and a good deal of it is devoted to overhead scanning. Even indoors, rabbits will scan for overhead threats.  This is an old photo of Azure's parents, from when they were much younger.
Mother's Name: Tori Sasaki
Relationship: Azure was very close to her mother, but now she barely remembers her. She keeps a small photo of her parents (the one shown) to remind herself of them. She is sure that she would have been a lovely mother, had she lived, and wonders about what it would have been like to grow up with her.
Status: Died when Azure was 5 from an illness.
Personality: She was a fun, sweet and kind person who loved to try new things. She loved her family very much, they meant the world to her.
Father's Name: Lucciano Sasaki
Relationship: Azure didn't feel close to her father at all. She felt as though he had abandoned her, as he didn't care much for his two daughters.
Status: Died in a fire when Azure was 11.
Personality: He used to be the really nice and kind father who was a bit awkward around other people. He fell in love with Tori, and felt as though his life was complete. When she died, he was heartbroken. He didn't mean to abandon his children, he was too distraught to realize what he was doing to them.
 Sister's Name: Angela Sasaki
Relationship: Azure loved her sister dearly. She grew up pretty much looking after her, and likes having someone depending on her. Their bond was very strong, and Azure ended up almost being the mother they no longer had.
Status: Unknown. Thought to have died too.
Personality: Angela was a very kind and shy person. She trusted others immensely, and made friends very easily, once she started talking to them. She never once blamed her father for what he did, unlike Azure, and is able to see past the bad qualities in people.
 Brother's Name: Ivan Sasaki
Relationship: Azure doesn't remember much about her brother. There was a 10 year age gap between them, and he died when she was young.
Status: Died from illness at the age of 15, when Azure was 5.
Personality: He was your average sort of guy. He was smart and decent looking. He knew how to make people laugh and was easy to get along with. He liked spending time with his family, and was very close to his friends. He was the kind of guy who would fall in love with you, and love you forever or until the world ended, whichever came later.

Azure found a small wooden hut in the forest. It was abandoned, and surprisingly still had good plumbing, so she has access to clean water anytime she wants. There is a small fireplace in the living room that she heats in winter, and the windows open so she won't get too hot in summer. It is in a small forest not too far from civilization (she thought she was in the middle of nowhere, until some people crashed into her home and told her), but she rarely sees other people, and doesn't really want to. Here is the layout of her house, along with a map of the local forest.

This is the starting point of ALL 'Souls Manifest' patrons. It is the 'ticket' of Flatsales, Raffles and Contests, and the information needed once Auctions and Customs are won. It is a form that is used to help your Artist better understand your character, and is used to start off your Journal in the Guild.

These entries occur a little after the 'tragedy', when the Daemling starts to reveal itself to you. They are used to outline what animal forms are seen within the swirling mass by your side, with some reflection on why these animals may exhibit parts of your personality and soul. Generally the Daemling will consist of 3-6 animal forms, with 2-3 being of a greater influence on its shape, so it is up to you how these musings are split up to fill the requirements.

This is where you converse with 1 or more of the other Owners or 'Daelings' (other players that are waiting for their Daemon to Manifest). The situation can be anything you can dream of, just so long as it is with an outside influence, it doesn't really matter!

In order for your Daemon to progress in the way you want and feel is right, you need to provided a small Entry that outlines the animal they are going to change into in their next stage. This is most important! If your entry is judged as being unsuitable through your explanations, or 'uberwolf', then your Daemon will not progress to True Form, but become another form of the Settler, appearing as the animal you suggested. You must then start over. Much thought should be put into this, unless you want to repeat the Settler Stage a few times, for RP and Storyline sake ^^ THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE FAILED IN ANY WAY, just that you have been asked to think a little more carefully on your animal form choice.
