I think this guild would be a good ones for new Gaians to start with. I noticed in Gaia that there are a lot of unwanted items that are sold for only 1 gold. What if we were to help new Gaians get situated here? People with unwanted items can donate them here and the new ones can get a feel of how it is in this site. There are many threads here they can join in and get used to how the forums are set up. Maybe support groups can be formed and rewards can be created for those who help.
We would have to create strict requirements for those who can participate in this, though. We would not want any beggers or scams to go around. Maybe creating applications for them would be good and maybe setting up a marketplace forum would be cool. (But both would have to be heavily regulated for safety.)
I don't know really. This is only my first suggestion here >.<
