and how are we supposed to do that without having crew abilities? If someone is spamming making topic after topic after topic after topic of the same spam topic. I can't just tell people to be nice and expect them to listen.
There could be instances where I might have to use the banhammer. And, if i don't have that power, how am I supposed to make people behave?
So, what's the deal? Am I a crew member or not? I can't properly do my job monitoring the forum without a banhammer. If i'm not getting promoted to crew that's fine. I don't mind. I just like being crew.
But, don't make me crew in name, then expect me to tell people to behave, with me not having any real authority, and expect people to listen to me.
It doesn't work that way. What if someone posts a pornographic link and i'm the only mod around? I need to be able to ban them for the safety of your guild.
See what I mean?
Look, I don't mind either way. But, either i am a member, Or I am crew and actually promoted to crew on the list. I just want to know which one it is instead of feeling uncertain about it.
So please, be blunt. I like bluntness.
