OKAY also a few hours later I started laying down colors and started to see a few more things I didn't initially.
I found her head to be a little on the small side (along with her hand and visible arm) but her neck is exxxxxxxtra long. Also there was a slight something bothering me about her pose that I couldn't quite figure out. So I did a crappy redline to show you what I mean.

You can see her hat is sitting at 3/4 turned, her face is fully turned to the side, her chest is 3/4ths again, but her lower torso and legs are straight forward. In order to get all the parts to agree with each other, in the example I turned the lower torso and neck to 3/4ths (but left the legs ambiguous because I honestly couldn't get them looking correct since I'm terrible with legs!) and you can see how that effected the rest of the pose. Her arm should be a little longer, as before it was just barely under the crotch line.
Ugh, and I can see I made a mistake with the collar bone in relation to the chest, sorry. But you get the idea. The entire neck area is kind of vague.
And lastly, the eye seems to be a little off. The lid of the eye will be pushed out if the eye is looking in that direction (2nd example I drew) instead of being a flat line to the side like that.
I can see how much work you already put into it (and on paper it seems) so I can understand if you don't want to adjust anything, just my 2c. Hope it helps even a little.
