Hes a friend of mine.
We are very close.
But the other night I kinda got stupid (drunk) and he found out.
This really hurt him and hes really mad.
Calling me a witch and that he hates and I'm a liar.
Plus I am not considered by him really stupid and weak.
How do I make it up to him?

Just go up to him and tell him that you are very sorry for hurting his feelings. But you are whom you are, and when he offered to be your friend that meant taking the good and the bad, and seeing past the bad and at least trying to help you when you are in the bad. If he refuse to accept your apology and doesnt want to be there for you thru thick and thin(good and bad), well then he was never really your friend to begin with.
