As you know shinigami's within the soul society have there ranking. From being a student to captain level. Now there will be a selected few who will be selcteed as captains and vice-captains to fill in the roles. After that there will only be Seats left(3rd seat, 4th seat, etc). In order to become a seated shinigami you must first attend shinigami school. After a while captains will pick there seated shinigami based on there abilities, personality and, and RPing skills. After that you may start posting in the sereite forum and anywhere else. All profiles should be posted within the Shinigami School Sub-forum. When you have been transfered you will then states your rank and what squad you have been assigned too.

All captains will be moderators for their own squad barracks. You will also thave the resoonsibility of taking care of your squad.
