I bought this magazine called "Beckett's Massive Online Gamer" recently. (still no internet, but hey, I can daydream.)
It let out a bit of a surprise... they talked to the people who created FFXI for online play, and a surprise was released... turns out, FFXIV will also be a MMORPG, too! Yes, folks, number 14's going to be online...

No way! Seriously! If that happens and it's good I would defiantly try it out. The only down fall is that it might be a monthly payment thing like all their other FF online games.

Yeah, they announced it a while ago. At E3 actually, a few months ago. FFXIV is online. Hopefully it's better than XI.
Also, XIV is going to release before most of the XIII games.
