after you sluff. :/ Know what sluff means? Raise your hand! Sluff=skip class. I'm wondering if that's a local thing...cause I know some people who call drinking fountains bubblers. I think they're from...Wisconsin. Anyone here call them bubblers?
But yeah. Anyway, slang terms? What's different and what's similar?

welp, I just "sluff'd" my philo class today, so I know what you mean.
As for slang terms..."the metro" in LA...it's what we call the buses. or we just call them by their numbers. e.g. "take the 754 then the 10" same with the freeways. e.g. "the 101" "the 5" "the 405"
At some point, the both get confusing haha, good thing the buses don't go on the freeways. xD

haha. that would be really confusing! If buses went on freeways, I'm pretty sure they'd implode or something. xp But whenever I take the bus around here, people are all, 'you took the bus? was it scary or anything?' and I'm like.. No....

it's scary around here in LA. especially the subways too. you get all kinds of weirdos, hobos and various other folks. Dx
Sometimes, it IS a danger. haha.
But hey, that's a regular day in LA.

Oh, man. That's no good. Sometimes I get nervous riding alone, but that's just cause I don't know where the hell I'm going. xD SLC is probably super tame compared to LA. lol.
