That picture on the guild front page has been up for long enough and it's beginning to get a trifle stale. So We're going to have a contest for new art up there.
Now to urge people to actually participate... We're going to have prizes!!!!! w00t w00t!!! Get psyched!
First place!: The one that is chosen gets put on the front page of the guild. The person who drew it, or edited it or photoshopped it will get a choice of any TWO donation letters for the past 3 months (November, October, or September) (must be different months) Second place!: Second place will recieve one donation letter of my choice (most likely October or November) Third Place!: Third Place will get 2000 gold. Honorary Mention: Will get whatever I jolly well want to give them. ANd It might just be a big huggle. Or it mght be a donation letter. That's up to me since i'm supplying the awards. XD The RULES!! The rules are simple.
1) Make a front page picture. There are no restrictions on what kind of picture. You can sumit some original art, or for those of you not as artistically talented (LIKE ME!!!!) you can photoshop a picture or something that you found.
2) The piccie must be for the guild not any one specific roleplay.
3) You must post it in this thread, if you don't know how ask in the hangout thread I'm sure someone will help.
4) All Gaia TOS apply including picture size and content.
5) Members can look at it and comment and cast their vote. Oh! Anyone who flames someone's pic with something like "you suck" or something like that, will have their comment deleted and have further disciplinary actions taken (maybe put on probation... or even BANNED! *LE GASP!* ) AND have to answer to me. I'll let you decide which of those last two punishments is worse *cackles*Member voting and comments are very important as they will be taken into account when it's time to decide which pic goes up.
However, the final decision rests with the crew, and ultimately me. (then cleared through Caption Talon)
Why is the decision ultimately mine and then okayed by Talon/? Have i suddenly grown a big head and want to turn this into a dictatorship? MWAHAHA... i mean.. NO!
It's simple. I'm putting MY money into buying the donation letters, and using them to act as awards and such, I will NOT put up a picture i despise >_> Call me greedy or crazy or watnot, but if someone else would like to front the donation letters and such then by all means I'd be happy to give them voting and vetoing power. .
Most of all I want to see pretty art. If we can't decide, or there's a tie i will award 2 first places or whatever and cycle them through as front page art. (if there's anything i forgot, let me know)

The deadline is however long it takes for the right art to come out lol. I DEFINITELY weon't make any decisions until december 20th and probably later than that.

As Captain, I fully endorse and support Mello-neechan in this. Unfortunately, I am not able to be on as much as I would like to be for now, so it is only fair that she live up to her role of Vice. The voices of all the guild are going to be listened to, and the finalists will be discussed by her and I. mrgreen

Tender_Love whats the limit on how many we can make?? Krome didn't actually say, so I would assume as long as you don't flood the thread with images, you're safe.
