Recruiting Plan
Because our guild is in dire need of active members. We will make a recruiting plan in which the crew will work as one. Each and every one of the crew members is required to contribute in this, no matter how small. We will work together to make our guild grow. If this becomes effective, we will also have our lieutenants help us in recruiting and further branch out to everyone in the guild in the future.
So our goal at the moment is to recruit active Espada in the guild. It is to be prioritized more than the vacant captain positions for now. Each squad that has a captain right now has at least one member. That would be enough for the Shinigami for a while.
After we are able to recruit active Espada, our next goal is to have 100 active members in the guild. At the moment we have 48 members and counting. Problem is, not all of our members are active. In fact, a lot of members, out of the 48 we have, can be labeled as inactive. Though you may be thinking that we also need to focus on getting our current members active. I thought of that for a while but came to a conclusion that recruiting for active members is better than forcing the inactive ones that we already have to become active around the guild.
For now, I'll be assigning different tasks to the crew on their method of recruiting for active members.

This will still be edited in the future. As of the moment, I can't think of any other ways to recruit members. This plan is incomplete and still has some flaws. Anyone can suggest what to add by just posting in this thread. Especially on the tasks to be assigned to the other crew who still don't have any. For those who are assigned to a specific one already, you may start recruiting.
Remember that they still need to fill up the application form properly before you invite them/accept them in the guild. If they don't follow the proper procedures, decline their request immediately.

My plan is to create an RP in either Barton town or in one of the more popular RP guilds that is Bleach related. Then we can use that to advertise our guild via the banners. It's not as active as Zique's current plan but I think we need all the help we can get.
