Karakura General Hospital is the main medical facility in Karakura Town. Before now Ryūken Ishida was the director of the hospital. Ryūken has constructed a secret training area in the hospital. It is unknown when it was built, or where exactly it is inside the hospital, but grass can be seen just outside its windows, suggesting that it is at ground level. The training area has multiple levels, and these windows are on the upper levels, meaning that much of the room must be underground, forming the basement of the hospital. There are no furnishings or objects visible in the chamber.
Besides large door, which appears to be on the lowest level of the chamber leading upstairs to some room in the hospital, being the only entrance to the traning ground there has been another built to allow Quincies access to the traning ground. Its a nother door located on the back of the hospital only opening to the reitsu of Quincies.
