The Police Station on the surface looks like any other, just more aggressive than normal.
In truth it is run by Team Rocket. Underground labs and holding cells lay under the surface.
The second to lowest level held prisons, above that were barracks and the lowest held ancient relics.

Awoken, rin struggled gleefully at the men restraining her. "You cant stop me!" She yelled, giddy. "I'll burn down the whole damned city if you test me - I swear it!"
She cackled, and one of her pokeballs began to glow. Out came absol, growling. The white pokemon lungd at the men, but, giving no orders, it did nothing but attack like an animal would.

Several tranqs went into Absol's body as they snatched off Rin's Poke'balls as well as Green's. They through both Green and Rin into the same cell and an energy barrier shot up to keep them there.
Green was now stirring awake and the sharp pain came back to his crotch. He looked over at Rin and began to laugh."You are beyond words the craziest person I know, excluding myself." twisted

Rin jumped up and ran at the barrier, aiming a strong punch...
and bounced right back, fist bleeding.
Her eyes darkened, but then she calmled and sat down against the wall.
"Mm-hm. You shoulda just stayed and saved yourself the trouble." She said, idly.
She looked to him and grinned. "Is it worth it? Besides the freedom from boredom, i mean."

Unlike Rin, Green was shackled down and lieing on a bed. His legs cuffed, hands cuffed and covered with a locked straint jacket.
"Please, this place is only a stall. I'll be out before Dominic has even gotten word." He grinned again, there was blood dripping from his mouth.

Rin blinked, and looked away from the feild. "Only a stall..."
She looked at the odl wood of the walls.
"Very true."
She turned to Green and got to untieing him, slipping a knife from her boot and cutting away his bonds. "I'm willing to bet they didn't seal all sides."

"The wood in the cells is supposed to give false hope. We are nearly 50 ft in the ground with solid steel walls behind the wood. The electric barriers if turned up high can cause a numbing affect to anything that comes near it." Green told her as she worked.
Green now was down to the metal cuffs on his arms and legs. It didn't seem like Rin could pick those free.

Jase landed outside of the building and put a hand up to his ear, where a communication device was. "You sure that it's under here?" He asked into it, listening to the voice on the other end. "What do you mean 'don't do anyting rash'? You do realize that telling me that is a useless effort, right?" He said, taking his backpack off and putting the device and the book he was holding in it before the person on the other end of the conversation could say anything. "Now then, let's start the latest raid." He said, pulling out a different book and, what appeared to be, a necklace of extremely large beads. He hid the book in his jacket as he entered, acting like he knew nothing.
