The Pokemon Center was headed by Nurse Joy.
It is like any other pokemon center, with a place to stay for travelers and a primary use of healing.

Rin walked into the bright pokemoncenter.
As soon as they had entered Topaz City, she had located the pokemon center and taken the lead, intent of assuming a dominant role over her guide.

"We're here just like we agreed. Now, I'm off, I have issues I need to attend to..." Green began to leave. His trenchcoat catching some of the mountain wind and blowing in a dramatic manner.

"Um, excuse me."
Rin grabbed his shoulder and yanked him backwards. "This place is a ghosttown, and without my Pokemon I'm srippled. I need you here."
She raised an eyebrow, daring him to argue.
She'd said it with short shorts and a stand-offish tone, but it was clar she was asking for his help.
Even if she wouldn't admit it.

"Ask me if I care? Besides, this place isn't a ghost town. I wouldn't expect a lowly Maverick to understand the complexities of Team Rocket. They run the whole city via the police station." His voice was a whisper now, trying not to bring attension to himself."What do you care anyway? I've been in the ranks of Mavericks before, all they care about is detruction and mayhem."

Rin cartwheeled, positioning herself before him again. "Your not leaving." She said, roughly, a bit of her socio-path nature showing through as she bared her teeth in a challenging grin, tapping her fingers on her thighs.

"You wanna fight me, G.I.-Jane? Let's do this!!" Green gave a menacing grin, grabbing a Poke'ball off his belt.
"Hey!!" An 'officer' saw Rin and Green start to fight."You do not have the authority or permit to Poke'mon Battle."Cease now or I will be forced to take you both in!!"
Green shot a fireball at the man and stared Rin."The Rockets know who I am and will try to take me...Since you're with me, I guess you'll be taken as well."
"We have an officer down!! Suspect wearing a green coat and...HOLY CRAP!!! That's Green!!! Green is in Topaz City with and Accomplice!! We are in need of back-up, NOW!!!" Another officer yelled in his radio.

Rin began to giggle. Not a friendly sounding-giggle, it tilted more toward insanity.
She grabbed a pokeball from her backpack and threw it. "Vulpix, come on out!" She sang, doing a twirl.
the tiny pokemon landed on all fours, growling.
"Vulpix, sweety, Flamethrower!" She pointed at the ground.
The tiny pokemons mouth opened to a huge blast of flame, setting the entire area around Rin and Green alight.
The fire lighted Rins eyes so feircely it was disturbing. She stalked forward.

Green laughed manically and threw his Poke'Ball."Smeargle, to front lines!!!"
The painter Poke'mon whipped his inked tail around the room.
'Officers' started to enter the Poke'mon Center."Put your hands in the air and recall your Poke'mon!!!" The officers had guns drawn at both Rin and Green.
There was a hum coming from Green's hands as he held them in the air. Lightning dazzled the Center, taking out the officers, other trainers, and Nurse Joy. Rin was also hit with this lightning as well as Vulpix and Smeargle.
"Smeargle, Recover and let's go!!"
Smeargle began to glow. Once the glow faded, he was completely fine again.

Rin snarled at the volts of electricity that hit her, and parts of her skin blackened. Nonetheless, she gritted her teeth against the pain, as did her vulpix.
"Vulpix," She snarled. "Double-team!"
Vulpiz surrounded not Greens pokemon, but green.
"Flamethrower!"
Vulpix moved so quickly that it seemed as if every vulpix was throwing a flamethrower at him. In actuality, it was an extended burst of flames.
