Basically, you go to a rally and hover your cursor over a parking spot, and if you click it, and no one is in it, your car will be parked there
I also suggest you check out the wheel in ther because there is a 100k "secret prize" that is apparently not supposed to be won... even though I just won it and actually recieved the gold today/
Someone can challenge to 'race you' or you can challenge someone else to a 'race'. There should be instructions when you go to your race, however, I don't think anyone wins a prize...
