The Ruins

This is a territory that shows the mishaps of humans, and the ability of the cats to recreate and reform what might be a tragic accident, and make it into a paradise.
The Ruins are made up of a small dorm building, just off from the University. It is on the very outskirts of town, therefore secluded and usually not bothered by humans. This building was discarded from the main campus due to lack of funds to fix it up and make it part of the school again. It's one of the smaller dorms from some time ago, so it only has three main floors.
First floor:
This floor is free of the fire damage. It consists of 'The Cafe' and 'The Theater' which are both still filled with the furniture that was left behind when the school was rebuilt. There's a staircase near the theater that leads up to the second level.
Second floor:
This is a housing floor. One hall lined with rooms on each side of the hallway. Only a few of the rooms still have the furniture still in tact, while the rooms closest to the stairs leading up to the third level are completely destroyed, walls fallen and rubble everywhere. Even the wall parallel to the stairwell has been burned through, letting the elements into the second and third floor.
Third floor:
This floor is completely destroyed. The walls are still up, but burned through, and everything has fallen into rubble. The upper level is still stable enough to wander, but too dangerous for cats that dont know how to stay light on their feet.
Outside:
The yard outside isn't affected by the fire from so long ago. Not too far off is a man-made lake that was created just after the dorms had been put up. It still remains, but the grass and other foliage are overgrown. There is a small bridge leading from the shore of the lake to a small island in the middle of the lake, which holds the Master of the territory's home.
The university:
This is the territory directly to the side of The Ruins. They are a powerful territory, run by Alice and her second-in-command. This territory is under a treaty with The Ruins and therefore anyone is welcome to wander both territories as long as they are part of one or the other. If any problems are caused on either territory both sets of leaders will be directly involved with the problem, so beware.
