A few years ago, my doctor pointed out that I have a mole on my back that might give me cancer.Lately I haven't been feeling well.I'm not sure of cancer symptoms, but I think I might have it.Am I just paranoid?

You should go to the doctor if it's worrying you so much. That's pretty much the only way you'll know.
