well a sub forum is the extra forum topics above

like the contest sub forum

and how to make them is well easy

u msut be a vc or a captian to do this

they can go tot he moderators panel(shows if ur a crew vc or capt)
and has a option called edit forums
u clikc it and then u can buy forums ont eh right of the screens and change there names on the left

Very good explanation on sub-forums. but the spelling is a little... out of control.
