In my opinion I think that Baby the Stars Shine Bright has the prettiest. Otherwise, there is no right answer.

My favorite store is Angelic Pretty but if you mean physical stores,
Moi Meme Moitie's stores were beyond AMAZING when I visited them

My favorites are Alice & the Pirates and Metamorphose.

I love Baby the Stars Shine Bright (especially the AaTP part) since a) I love it aesthetically and b) because I can go to the physical store. But gosh, Mary Magdalene is just to die for. And certain Meta pieces are lovely too.

My number one fav is Angelic Pretty, but Victorian Maiden is the one shop I can't seem to find anything I don't like. lol
Good offbrand shops I prefer are bodyline and wetseal.

Probably bodyline and joannes. I like the bodyline styles, but I usually end up replacing parts with materials I like better.
